Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of ExtraAgree, provided by Liam Chandler trading as ExtraAgree. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ExtraAgree.
What ExtraAgree provides
ExtraAgree is software that helps UK tradespeople record additional work, send professional approval requests to customers, and keep a version-specific record of the customer's decision. It is a record-keeping and communication tool only.
ExtraAgree is not an invoicing, accounting, legal advice or dispute-resolution service. We do not review, verify or enforce the accuracy, fairness or legality of any record, price or agreement you create.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of all information you enter, including customer details, prices, VAT and descriptions of work;
- Your own contracts, quotations, pricing, VAT and tax obligations;
- Maintaining the security of your account and password;
- Ensuring you have the right to use any photos or evidence you upload;
- Your customer relationships and any disputes that arise from the work itself.
Approval records
An approval record in ExtraAgree documents that an approval request was sent and whether the customer approved or declined the version they reviewed. It is a useful record of your workflow, but it does not guarantee that a record is legally enforceable or that a customer will pay. Whether any particular record is binding depends on the underlying agreement between you and your customer.
Acceptable use
You must use ExtraAgree lawfully and appropriately. You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or abusive purposes;
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes someone else's rights;
- Attempt to interfere with the security, availability or performance of the service;
- Send approval requests to people who have not agreed to receive them or who are not your genuine customers.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
Subscription, trial and cancellation
ExtraAgree offers a 14-day free trial with full access. After the trial, the service costs £19 per month unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the subscription area in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not delete your existing jobs, extras or approval records, although your account may become read-only if the subscription ends.
We may change pricing or subscription terms by giving you reasonable notice.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep ExtraAgree available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. We provide the service on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Liam Chandler trading as ExtraAgree is not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ExtraAgree in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you did not pay.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
