- Does my customer need an ExtraAgree account?
- No. They open the link you send and approve or decline from their phone or computer.
- What happens after the 14-day free trial?
- The subscription is £19 a month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. You manage or cancel your subscription yourself from the Subscription page in your account.
- Is ExtraAgree an invoicing or accounting system?
- No. It is focused on recording additional work and getting it approved. You still invoice the way you already do.
- What happens to my records if I cancel?
- Your jobs, extras and approval records stay in your account. Without an active subscription the account becomes read-only, so you can still look back at what was agreed but not create or change records.
